Guest 17 years or younger may receive spa services, but must be accompanied by an adult. The Spa welcomes guests 18 years and older.

Please arrive at the Spa a minimum of 20 minutes prior to your first treatment.

We strictly adhere to our Spa cancellation policy. If you must cancel or reschedule your Spa reservation, please let us know 48 hours ahead of time to avoid being charged for scheduled treatments. Package cancellation or rescheduling requires a minimum of 24 hours notice. Any cancellations or changes made within less than the stated time frame will be charged.

Gift Cards are an ideal gift for any special occasion. Phone and mail orders are available. For more information, call 410.990.0111. Spa services purchased on Gift Cards are guaranteed for 6 months. After 6 months they will revert to the dollar value. Gift Cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Even Keel is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
